Brazilian Linux based on Ubuntu with KDE and codecs has been released.

Linuxfx is a Brazilian Linux distribution based on Ubuntu. The distro uses KDE as the standard environment and has some visual modifications. It also has several codecs, increasing compatibility with various multimedia formats and without the need for much labor after installation, in other words, it has been installed and will be ready to use.

What’s new in Linuxfx LTS 9.4?

As stated before, Linuxfx LTS 9.4 is based on Ubuntu, which has the most recent updates. The project guarantees compatibility between applications developed for Debian or Ubuntu, which creates greater flexibility when installing more stable versions in the distribution.

The focus of Linuxfx LTS 9.4 is for everything to be updated without the need for technical knowledge, which makes life much easier for those who are leaving Windows and migrating to Linux. And that’s not all, the Linuxfx project has incredible tools that are not present in other distributions , especially for OEM integrators, the ctOS Sentinela biometric access control platform, license plate reading and virtual concierge is already on board.
